Admission for K - 6

• Complete the ADMISSION APPLICATION and mail it with the $100 testing fee. The deadline for Kindergarten application is December 31. Applications for grades 1-6 are accepted at any time.

• Schedule a tour of the school with the Admissions Office. Prospective parents are invited to attend our Admission Open House on October 5, 6, or 7.

• Forward the RECOMMENDATION FORM to your child's current teacher. The teacher will mail the form to Oak Hill School by February 1.

• Attend an evaluation session scheduled by the Admissions Office. Bring a recent picture of your child.

• Applicants for Grades 1–6 need to provide the school with copies of your child's report cards and achievement test results (current and previous years). First grade applicants will not have achievement test results.
