Admission Application > Application for Kindergarten must be filed by December 31 prior to the year of entrance. Applications for Pre-K and Grades 1-6 may be received at any time.

Recommendation Form (Kindergarten) > Required form to be completed by child's current teacher and returned directly to Oak Hill School.
