Tuition
The cost of tuition for the 2010-2011 school year is $13,700 grades K-6; PreK is $6,150 with optional extended day.
For K-6, tuition includes:
- Textbooks
- Field trips and other activities (6th grade trip is an additional fee)
- Yearbook
Additional costs (K-6 only):
- Meal Plan $675
- Consumable fees
- Choice-driven options, such as clubs, enrichment and athletics fees
ENROLLMENT FEE AND CONTRACT
A non-refundable enrollment fee of $1,000 is due with the enrollment contract. This fee is applied to the total tuition fee. After the due date, a place in the class can no longer be assured.
TUITION PAYMENT OPTIONS
- Single Payment
- Two-Installment Plan (with additional finance charges)
- Ten-Installment Plan (with additional finance charges)
Oak Hill School’s payment plans enable families to spread tuition payments over the school year as opposed to paying the tuition in one or two large installments. In order to utilize this program, families should indicate "monthly tuition payments" on their enrollment contracts.
This tuition and payment schedule is to be retained for your records. Depending on your selection of payment plans, you will be billed by the Business Office.
TUITION REFUND INSURANCE
The enrollment contract and tuition become binding April 1. After this date, parents are obligated to pay the entire tuition, whether or not their child completes the school year.
As enrollment contracts are financially binding for the entire academic year, a Tuition Refund Plan is offered and strongly urged to ensure against your tuition loss in the event that a student must withdraw from school during the course of the school year. All new students and Financial Aid recipients are required to subscribe to the Tuition Refund Plan. The cost is .5% of the tuition and will appear on your billing.
