As an independent school, Oak Hill School is governed by a Board of Trustees whose members volunteer their time to serve the school.
Strategic in its scope, the Board of Trustees upholds and promotes the mission of Oak Hill School, establishing policies that guide the long-term vision of OHS while safeguarding the school’s resources to ensure its financial stability.

Beverly is a Nashville native and vice president at Truxton Trust, having joined the company in its opening year, 2004, and serving in various positions during her tenure. She currently holds the position of investment operations officer and is a member of the Investment Management Committee. Beverly is a graduate of the University of the South in Sewanee, TN, earning a bachelor’s degree in Economics. She and her husband, Jonathan, are proud parents of current OHS sixth grader Ward and current OHS third grader Claire. Her time as an Oak Hill parents has included serving as the treasure for the OHS Parents Association, an Annual Fund committee member and several years as a room parent. She enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
