- The next Professional Moms gathering is this Tuesday, December 12, at 5:30 p.m., at the home of Laura Perkins, 209 Maybelle Lane. All OHS moms are welcome to attend!
- This Christmas season, the Service Learning Board is encouraging our school community to take our JOY and Jingle it throughout Nashville. Click HERE for a list of numerous opportunities that families and friends may embrace to share JOY through thankfulness and gratitude.

- We are excited to welcome Jeff Flatt to Oak Hill School as the new bus driver of the Logger Line. His role at OHS marks the start of his 28th year driving a bus. As a bus aficionado, one of Jeff’s hobbies is model school buses. Please join us in welcoming him to OHS community!
- Your child is invited to join us Wednesday, January 3, for an Explorations Winter Wonderland, as we kick off the start of 2018. Explorations will be open from 8 a.m. - 3 p.m., during Teacher Inservice to accommodate the last day of the Christmas Break. This full day of fun will include winter-themed snacks and crafts, as well as science experiments from Mr. Bond the Science Guy. The December virtue is GENTLENESS. Our verse this week is from James 3:17, “But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, unwavering, without hypocrisy.”
