  • The final day of Explorations for the school year is Tuesday, May 22. Thank you for your support of the Explorations program this year!

  • There is still time to donate gently used or new children’s books to the Service Learning Board’s book drive. All books will be donated to two of our partner organizations, KIPP Kirkpatrick and the Martha O’Bryan Center. If 2000 books are collected, Mrs. Boon will dress up as a squirrel, as requested by the students! The last day to donate is this Wednesday, May 16.

  • If your child is interested in joining the Service Learning Board, applications are now being accepted for the 2018-19 school year. Rising third- through sixth-grade students may apply. SLB meetings are held the first Tuesday of every month. Applicants must ask for a teacher recommendation. Please click HERE to download the SLB application. All applications must be received by Monday, May 21. Questions? Please contact Adele Holloway, hollowaya@oakhillschool.org.

The May virtue is FAITHFULNESS. Our verse this week is from Proverbs 3:5-6, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.”
