Athletic Banquet 2018

Please use the form below to sign up for the 6th Grade Athletic Banquet.  The banquet will be on Monday, April 30th at 6 pm in the Oak Hill School Enrichment Center.  The cost for each parent  is $7.00 and will be added to your student bill.  The 6th Grade student-athlete will not be charged for attending the event.  Unfortunately, siblings and other guests are unable to be invited to the banquet. We are looking forward to seeing you!
