Summer Teachers Institute 2021

Thank you for your interest in the Oak Hill School’s Summer Teachers Institute.

In an effort to build a partnership across public, private, and charter school organizations, Oak Hill School is pleased to offer Summer Teachers Institute for K-8 educators, administrators, and guidance counselors.

This year’s Institute will meet virtually via Zoom. Participants will attend Keynote presentations as well as personally-chosen presentations centered around the topics of SEL and Culturally-Responsive Teaching that also incorporate strategies and provide practical guidance to help teachers thrive and grow amidst the new realities of education. Participants will leave the Institute equipped with practical, research-based teaching practices that build both in-person and remote classroom and school culture.

We will also provide discussion and reflection materials for you if your school would like to send multiple teachers and meet together in-person on your school’s campus while taking part of our Virtual Summer Teacher’s Institute.

All registered participants will have access to all of the presentations to watch on their own time if they are unable to attend the live session(s).
